Throughout the year, we conduct medicine making workshops that allow us to make medicine for Canoe Journey, or allow us to educate and empower the communities we serve to make their own medicines. We have taught workshops for tribal youth and elders, for college students, and for our community partners in Tacoma like HUG, Centro Latino, and Guadalupe House. Workshops are offered to participants for free and are sometimes sponsored by the hosts that want to support our project.
Please contact us if you are interested in hosting a workshop or want to be added to our e-mail list for future workshop announcements.
